Description
Adopting PP as the base resin, halogen free flame retardant polypropylene granules are made by twin-screw kneading granulation by uniformly mixing PP with antioxidant, flame retardant and processing modifier in a high speed. The flame retardant level is that the glow wire can keep not igniting for 30 seconds under the temperature of 850℃. Our flame retardant PP granules enjoy the advantages of excellent mechanical strength, excellent resistance to stress cracking, heat resistance and good workability. In some applications, these polypropylene granules (glow wire 850℃) can replace flame retardant PA66 to realize injection molding for electronics and electrical parts.
